🐛 Hiding Toc and Nav sidebar in the homepage

Due to meta information in the top of file user_config/docs/index.md, toc and nav sidebar as not shown and so other chapter of the documentation are not accessible.

We should remove this meta information.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
