Adding subworkflow to new code + added negation condition in the creation of channels locally in subworkflows

Added removing the empty conditions on the outside of the clusters and added the functionnality groupping together conditions inside the clusters

added functionnality to extract libraires and packages in R and python in process scripts -> both internal and external
