Added warning when channels are defined/used multiple times in different blocks -> sometimes breaks the rewrite

Add initialise condition for the code -> so it doesn't initialises every time (only one when you do the file)

Updated the position of subworkflow calls + changed topological order to order of definition in the code

Added start most influential conditions + such a weird bug fixed with 'get_above_executors' -> when using a dictionnary -> some weird things stuff happens in memory (try woorkflow 17)

Added loads of functionnalities to try add the converter -> checkpoint before trying to duplicate multiple calls
