Added horizontal generation + update the rewrite of operations so that there can be multiple emits be rewritten

Added thr renaming of the emits of subworkflows inside and outiside (outside its at the emiited obkject level) -> it was creating issues when "breaking subworkflows" + remmoved the remove GGs method -> need to do it in a smarter way

3 things added: better script extraction for the processes, detect cycles in relevant processes and stops it (+ generation in random relevant processes) and better rewrite of takes in subworkflow (smart way of doing it)

Update simplified calls + updated the remove of elents inside of maps -> it actually removes them and not just puts ''' inside the maps (so it's cleaner now)

Fixed small bug with the rewrite of calls + added rewrite of the map operations + added the generation of the pos dot

Updated the rewrite of the calls + added filter to catch when an executor appears twice (throws error)

Updated extracting inputs DSL1 + started fixing a thing which was quite complicated -> added error see at what extend it is used (it's when there is an ambiguous emit)

Added when replacing by new parameters -> doing the longest ones first to avoid problems with replacing by wrong thing

Implemented a rewrite which places the clusters based on topological order -> not the first or last place in the code -> but uses the order of execution of the clusters

Made the rewrite determinastic -> debugged -> by removing the zoom opti + removed the artificial nodes from the calculation of the user view

Added system where it constantly checks the process dependency graph after a modification + tried to debug something -> doesn't quite work

Added single to multi line condition + added multiple analysis when rewriting (to check if this is usefull)

Updated the position of subworkflow calls + changed topological order to order of definition in the code
