This reverts commit fddb9156.

Update the YML property header-includes in markdown files to be a proper list, and make the style more uniform (indentation two-spaces to control the width of the figures generated)

Stop obeying Brill's demand of a M$ font since they don't care about my work anyway and it messes my graphs up

Remove compilation product which shouldn't have been versioned and increase the font size to make the graph wider to fit better on an A* type page
