Extract the duckdb and sqlite queries from the code.

pyproject-sqlite-get-files-and-extract-backend.py has also been modified
to analyze only the main pyproject.toml at the root of the package.

Search for backend in the pyproject.toml file (more than half
pyproject.toml files do not have "build-backend" lines)
