Adds 'demo_stomp' launch file (#82)

This commit adds the 'demo_stomp.launch' file that is referenced in
https://ros-planning.github.io/moveit_tutorials/doc/stomp_planner/stomp_planner_tutorial.html.
Fixes #44.
